Tracy Hallenberger is the Chief Knowledge Officer at Baker Botts, a full-service, international law firm of approximately 725 lawyers practicing through a network of 14 offices around the globe. Tracy began her career at Baker Botts working as a paralegal in the firm’s litigation department and has held several management roles prior to becoming the firm’s CKO. As CKO, Tracy has responsibility for the firm’s Business Intake & Conflicts, Library Services, and Records & Information Governance functions; and the firm’s Enterprise Business & Practice Systems and eDiscovery & Litigation Technology teams.
Tracy and her teams ensure the firm’s lawyers and support services teams have access to the knowledge, information, and tools needed to intake and manage client engagements, collaborate to deliver efficient and effective client service, and achieve internal operational efficiency.
