Craig started his career with Holiday Inn Worldwide in their Network Operations Group. When Holiday Inn split into two companies, he transitioned into the new company, called Promus Hotels. At Promus, Craig managed their satellite communications hub and eventually ran the Network Operations and Engineering Team. When Promus merged with Hilton, he managed the Hilton Network Group. After Hilton went private in 2008, Craig transitioned to the ediscovery team in Hilton Legal.
Craig received his degree in Computer Science from Northern Michigan University. He is a Certified Network Engineer, and has attended several Georgetown Law conferences, and has also worked with Encase (OpenText) on product development.
Craig served in the U.S. Air Force and the Tennessee Army National Guard.
