Kelly Clay is the Global eDiscovery Counsel and Head of Information Governance for GlaxoSmithKline, based in RTP, North Carolina. She has been with GSK for 7 years and has recently moved from the Litigation team to the Global Operations group. Since starting at GSK, Kelly has led the ediscovery work, internal investigations, and a variety of other legal matters.
